The Moment Everything Finally Begins to Slow Down
Weekly Breathwork Classes
A gentle space to reconnect with yourself, your body, and the part of you that has been quietly waiting underneath the stress, the pressure, and the constant doing.
If you've ever thought any of these, then you are in the right place:
- "I don't know what to do in the moment."
- "Nothing seems to be working - I've tried everything."
- "I don't like how I'm showing up as a parent."
Because here's what no one tells you:
You're not doing it wrong.
You've just never been shown what's actually happening.
Parenting can feel overwhelming - not because you don't care, but because in the moments that matter most,
everything can feel out of control. The behaviour. The reaction. The guilt afterwards. And no one has ever
explained why it happens the way it does.
Here's the part that's rarely said out loud:
You were never taught to see this moment.
Not by a parenting book, not by a teacher, not by anyone. It was never a skill you were given - so it was never a
skill you could use. That's not a parenting failure. That's a gap someone should have filled a long time ago.
If you've ever thought...
"I don't even know who I am anymore."
"I'm exhausted all the time."
"My mind never switches off."
"I'm always looking after everyone else."
"I just want to feel like myself again."
Then you're exactly where you're meant to be.
Because here's something very few of us were ever taught...
You weren't born disconnected from yourself.
Life simply taught you to leave yourself behind.
Responsibilities.
Heartbreak.
Loss.
Parenting.
Work.
Trauma.
Stress.
Years of surviving.
Little by little, your nervous system learnt that survival mattered more than connection.
And eventually...
you forgot what it felt like just to breathe.
What if...
the peace you're searching for isn't somewhere else?
What if it has been inside you all along, waiting for you to become still enough to hear it?
What if your breath has quietly been waiting your entire life to guide you home?
In this weekly class you'll discover something beautifully simple.
Your breath already knows the way.
You don't need experience.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to "do it right."
You simply need to arrive.
What You'll Walk Away With
Each week you'll experience...
A nervous system that begins to feel safe again
Not because someone tells you to relax but because your body remembers how.
A quieter mind
The constant noise begins to soften.
Space returns.
Clarity follows.
A deeper connection with yourself
Not the version of you everyone else needs...
the version that has always been there underneath it all.
Practical breathing tools
Simple techniques you can use throughout your week whenever life begins to feel overwhelming.
Who This Is For
These classes are for anyone who:
- Feels overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted
- Is carrying stress, anxiety or tension
- Wants to reconnect with themselves
- Is ready to stop surviving and begin living
- Simply wants one hour each week that's completely theirs
No judgement.
No expectations.
No pressure.
Just space to breathe.
What's Really At Stake
Here's the question worth asking yourself...
If nothing changes:
what will life look like six months from now?
Will you still be putting yourself last?
Still carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations?
Still wondering why you're so tired?
Or...
could one hour each week begin changing the relationship you have with yourself?
Sometimes the smallest commitment creates the biggest transformation.
This Is More Than Breath
Breathwork isn't about learning a technique.
It's about remembering who you are beneath everything life has asked you to become.
Each breath gently quietens the nervous system.
Softens the armour.
Creates space for emotions to move.
Allows clarity to return.
And reminds you that healing doesn't always have to be hard.
Sometimes...
it begins with one conscious breath.
Your Guide - Tracey
Like many people who come to these classes, there was a time when I felt disconnected from myself too.
Life had taught me how to survive.
What it hadn't taught me was how to slow down.
How to feel safe in my own body.
How to simply be.
Breathwork became one of the most powerful ways I found to reconnect with myself—not by fixing who I was, but by remembering who I'd always been.
Today I combine lived experience, education, and evidence-based approaches to create a gentle, welcoming space where people can reconnect with themselves one breath at a time.
